1. Major in Accounting, college degree or above, intermediate or above accountant title, more than 8 years of relevant work experience, and have more than one year of work experience in the same position of a four-star or above hotel;

2. Skilled with commercial (hotel) financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, financial forecasting and other financial systems and operations; familiar with national financial laws and regulations, taxation policies and related accounting methods; proficient in the use of hotel financial software and hotels financial management process;

3. Good professional ethics and dedication, a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, incorruptibility, and the courage to take responsibility;

4. Displays attention to detail, demonstrates good leadership, and has teamwork spirit;

5. Skilled at operation of various types of office software, good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, familiar with all types of financial management software;

6. Willing and able to travel nationwide as necessary for assignments
